Greenock
Housing Feasibility Study 2.0

The collaboration is rooted in a shared ambition to redefine social housing through community-centric, sustainable, and flexible design principles and to create value in land which has been deemed unfeasible by their traditional construction developers. A second feasibility presentation was shared with the RSL in January 2025, showcasing the full potential of the VASO build system for the larger 1.77-acre site.
